Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
